JUNE 2017 - part 2

There were so many pictures for this month!

We had professional tree guys come out to remove a tree that was growing over the power lines (to the house - our responsibility) -

On the 21st, I went to a reception for my friend Jules Rushing - her husband has Alzheimer's and she made a beautiful quilt for his neurologist's office (representative of an MRI of a brain with Alzheimer's); they had a plexiglass frame made for it and even one of the television stations came and filmed the dedication; it was a wonderful way to spread awareness of the disease.  She also volunteered to put together blocks made by caregivers and patients (last year) into wall hangings for the exam rooms and hallway - Lu, Joann May and I helped with the block hangings - it was so wonderful to see them all up in the office!
